My name is Meredith Whitten, and I am the founder of $2010 by 2010. I am also a rising high school senior, graduating in May of 2010. $2010 by 2010 is a fundraising campaign to raise $2010 for the Alzheimer's Association before graduation. I have always had a passion for working with the elderly, and I have seen so many truly amazing people affected both directly and indirectly by Alzheimer's and dementia. My experiences have given me a desire to find an end to Alzheimer's, and it is my hope that $2010 by 2010 will be one step in that direction. Thank you so much for your interest and donations!

Thanks so much to everyone who donated and made this possible! I reached my goal in less than a month thanks to donations from people across the country, many of whom I have never met. I am truly amazed at how quickly the donations poured in, and I would like to continue to raise as much money as possible throughout the school year!
