November is Alzheimer's Awareness Month.
Alzheimer's and all brain diseases are frightening and stunning in there demise of a human brain. My Grandparents, Henry and Queen Markworth had different forms of Dementia that were excruciating to watch and be involved with.
Sadly, the disease doesn't end there as they take an effect on those loved ones around them who are trying to be caregivers - a task that only a few really know is debilitating in its own right.
My Uncle Vern also endured a dreadful bout with another terrible brain disease; Parkinson's, which took a WWII paratrooper to an incapacitating end.
For some years now, I've been an Advocate for Alzheimer's and now want to hopefully help with our families experiences so that others might have a better chance against a disease that has no survivors.
Contact me any time. Please do whatever you can to help and I thank you very much.
