Collin has lost several relatives to this scary disease. Alzheimer's is the 6th Leading cause of death in U.S., that number is expected to triple by 2050. Since 2000 the death poll has risen 68%. In 2013 450k will have passed due to Alzheimer's. Collin would have been able to have met his great grandmother Johnson had it not been for this terrible disease.
