I have been diagnosed with Early Stage Dementia,(young-onset) resulting from head trauma.
I find it hard to live,I can only think what life was like before my accident. I am told all kinds of things,about this disease.Learing to cope with progressive memory has had its toll on my family and myself !:(
I look forward to the time in history when our medical field has found a cure or slow the progression
of this not so nice to Amy disease.

jacqueline.bibeault Tue, Oct 13, 2009 I am a Dementure care nurse and have been for 28years! I have seen it in old and yes unfortunately young alike. My prayers go out to you and every year we donate to help find if not a cure at least a medication that will slow it's progression. God Bless
