Game Day: Sat, May 6th 2017 at Rice University - 12:00 Kick-Off
Team Brunettes, Co-Captain
Position: Defensive Line
2017 will be my 4th BVB season playing for Team Brunettes! My grandfather, Carl C. Jenkins, lost his battle to Alzheimer's. It has been my honor to play in his memory and for those affected by Alzheimer's disease.
RivALZ began in the fall of 2005 as Blondes vs. Brunettes®, a flag football event founded by a group of professional women. BVB Houston has since been named Alzheimer's Association's largest game in the country after raising over $270k in 2016.
Whether you make a $5 or $500 donation... Every. Single. Dollar. Counts. towards our $300,000 goal!
You do not want to miss the Game Day action! Donate at least $25 and your name will be placed on check-in list to receive admission into the big game at Rice University and After-Party at Little Woodrow's.
Every $25 = 1 Admission (i.e. $100 = 4 admissions)
For the millions already affected by the disease, the Association offers care, education, support and resources in communities nationwide. Funds raised also benefit the Association's advance research studies into methods of treatment, prevention and ultimately, a cure.
Thank you for your generositiy and support this season!
