Subzero Heroes: where we dive headfirst into the fight against Alzheimer's disease

DEADLINE TO SUBMIT FUNDS IS FEBRUARY 12TH AT 12PM!


Check in is between 9:30 and 11am at the Alzheimer's Association office in Poughkeepsie. 
Tent setup begins at 9am at Berean Park (which is at the end of Reservoir Road in Highland, NY).

WHAT TO BRING:

1. A TENT! (there will be a 'community' changing tent for men and women, but many people to bring their own private tent to change in)
2. A towel, blankets, etc.
3. A change of dry clothes INCLUDING SHOES!
4. A pre-filled out copy of the event WAIVER to save time during registration (both Heroes and Sidekicks must fill out a waiver). This waiver can be found here.

PARKING:

There are 50 parking spots on site and are for use only by those with a permit. These spots are reserved for: emergency responders, event staff, handicapped and elderly. If you fall into one of these categories, please request your parking pass by contacting Karen at kfinnegan@alz.org. 

ALL OTHER EVENT GUESTS can park at EITHER: 
(west of the Hudson)- the Tractor Supply Parking Lot in Highland 3650 Us Highway 9W, Highland
(east of the Hudson)- the Alzheimer's Association office (2 Jefferson Plaza Ste 103, Poughkeepsie)
TWO buses will be running a continuous loop from the Tractor Supply, to the Poughkeepsie office (where check-in will be held) and then to the event.
