The end of Alzheimer's disease starts here.

Hello Everyone!

I will be running the 2018 Chicago Marathon with the Alzheimer’s Association ALZ Stars, a program to advance the care, support and research efforts of the Alzheimer's Association.

My mom Susan was recently diagnosed with early onset Alzheimer's after nearly three years of battling sypmtoms. While this has shocked my family and has been difficult to process, I am determined to do what I can to help advance research to further treatment options and ultimately find a cure.

Anyone that knows my mom certainly knows that she is dedicated, hard working, and VERY active. While this disease has forced her to alter parts of her life, she is determined to stay active and social continuing to work out on a daily basis and staying up later than me on New Years Eve.

Currently, more than 5 million Americans have Alzheimer's and that number is expected to grow to as many as 16 million by 2050.

I need your support to do my part! Please make a donation to help the Alzheimer's Association advance research to discover methods of prevention, treatment and ultimately, a cure for Alzheimer’s. For the millions already affected by the disease, the Association offers care, education, support and resources in communities nationwide.

Thank you in advance for your generosity.
