Take BOLD action against Alzheimer's disease
The Alzheimer's Association, the Alzheimer's Impact Movement (AIM), advocates and elected officials will be participating in a day-long effort in support of the BOLD Infrastructure for Alzheimer's Act on Tuesday, Nov. 13. BOLD is important bipartisan legislation that would strengthen existing public health strategies to address the Alzheimer's crisis. Please join the conversation by posting content on social media throughout the day using the hashtag #BOLDAlzheimersAct.

Eating may become a challenge as Alzheimer's progresses
Distractions, too many choices and changes in perception, taste and smell can make eating more difficult for a person living in the middle and late stages of Alzheimer's disease. As the person's cognitive function declines, he or she may become overwhelmed or have difficulty with utensils.
