John B. Hightower Tribute Climb

Hightower Tribute Climb

Brian Cole will be climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro to raise money for research.

Brian Cole

John B. Hightower has been a client of Brian Cole (pictured at left), owner of Personal Training Associates in Newport News, for the last 10 years. As a way to honor his friend who is affected by Alzheimer's disease, Cole has decided to climb Mt. Kilimanjaro on February 22 to 28 to increase awareness and to raise funds for Alzheimer’s research. “Alzheimer’s places tremendous burdens on the families and caregivers and is the only cause of death among the top 10 without a way to prevent, predict, cure or even slow its progression. Research will change that,” states Cole.

Find out how you can support Cole's efforts and follow his journey!
