During November, which is National Alzheimer's Disease Awareness Month and National Family Caregivers Month, you can send these exceptional people a big "thank you" for everything they do. Talking openly with those you trust is a powerful way to educate those around you about your Alzheimer's disease diagnosis and to engage their support. You may be hesitant to share this information given the impact such a disclosure may have, but keep in mind that Alzheimer's is not your fault.
