National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners. [Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP), Certified Dementia
Care Manager (CDCM), or Certified Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia Care Trainer
(CADDCT)]. Please register as the $50 professional.These qualified
professionals should email kprendergast@alz.org, the day after the event to request a certificate. Certificates will be provided by email only if attendance is verified.
