Stephen A. Iacobucci

Steve is a third-generation builder and developer and has participated in various roles within the home building, multi-family development, asset & property management business. Steve graduated from St. Joseph's University in 2011 with a B.S. in Business Management and holds a Masters in Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University.

Steve currently oversees the operations and asset management for a portfolio of suburban and urban situated multi-family,  rental homes and student housing properties as well as the marketing and sales for the residential building division.

Steve is an avid cyclist. He participates in various annual charity rides and runs, including the Multiple Sclerosis 150 City to Shore, American Cancer Society Bike-a-Thon and Irish Pub Philly Police Children's Foundation Tour de Shore. Steve is also an active member with the Urban Land Institute and volunteer at the Alzheimer's Association, where he serves and has served on various committees. Steve is the Finance Chair & board member at The Friends of the South Street Mini Station in Philadelphia and member of the Public Safety Committee for the South Street Head House District.
