There are well-intentioned and valuable tips for caregivers but most attend to the physical wellbeing of the caregiver. But what about the inner life of caregivers? Attend this session and be introduced to the value of contemplative arts through meditation and expressive arts; share experiences in small groups; explore the spiritual fruits of caregiving and more. Marsha Weiner, MA combines experiences from her previous careers as professional modern dancer, writer and producer with meditation and shiatsu to help both professional & family caregivers mitigate burnout.

Dr. Christine Gayda-Chelder will share tools and strategies for managing the complex issues of being a caregiver. Doctor Gayda-Chelder is a New Jersey licensed clinical psychologist and neuropsychologist. At Stockton University, she is an Assistant Professor of Psychology and Service Chair for the Stockton Center
on Successful Aging.
