National Alzheimer’s Project Act (NAPA) Implementation

Public Law 111-375

On January 4, 2011, the National Alzheimer’s Project Act was signed into law by President Obama after having been passed unanimously in both the Senate and House of Representatives.  This is a major victory for the Alzheimer’s Association and its advocates as well as for the nation.  We must now ensure that the law is thoroughly and expeditiously implemented.
