The Advocacy Forum is a unique opportunity for Alzheimer's advocates from across the country to directly appeal to their members of Congress about Alzheimer's disease. Join dedicated advocates at the 2015 Alzheimer’s Association Advocacy Forum, where you’ll learn how to deliver Alzheimer’s policy priorities directly to Congress. Your voice is a powerful tool in urging elected officials to improve the lives of those already living with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias, and to provide the funding necessary to achieve the 2025 goal while there’s still time.
