Pledge to go purple for Alzheimer’s & Brain Awareness Month
Worldwide, 47 million people are living with Alzheimer’s and other dementias. Everyone who has a brain is at risk to develop Alzheimer’s, a fatal disease that cannot be prevented, cured or even slowed. To help raise awareness, we’re asking people around the world to take the Purple Pledge and use their brains to fight Alzheimer’s disease. Help us turn the world purple during Alzheimer’s & Brain Awareness Month in June.

Cast of “The Night Shift” invites you to fight Alzheimer’s on The Longest Day
The cast of NBC's "The Night Shift" invites you to honor the strength, heart and endurance of those facing Alzheimer's on The Longest Day®, June 21, by joining or starting a team for this sunrise-to-sunset event. Held annually on the summer solstice, The Longest Day symbolizes the challenging journey of those living with the disease and their caregivers and raises funds for the Alzheimer’s Association.
