Research & Trial Match
Trial Match is the Alzheimer's Association free matching service for healthy volunteers and those with the disease to get matched with pharmacological and non-pharmacological studies in their area. We know that finding a cure greatly depends on participants for these types of studies. Some studies may even compensate the caregiver and person with dementia. If you have started a profile, please ensure that it is completed so that you may be matched. Please visit www.alz.org/trialmatch for more information.

Join us for The Longest Day!
![TLD Logo White](http://act.alz.org/images/content/pagebuilder/TLD_Logo_White.jpg)
The Longest day is a DIY fundraising opportunity centered around the summer solstice (Just 21st) that honors caregivers and those living with Alzheimer's, for whom every day feels like the longest day. The Longest Day was initially conceived as a sunrise-to-sunset edurance event, and while some participants still choose to do activities or events all day, others choose a specific time frame that works better for them, and sometimes even a different day. The foundation of the event is love - doing what you love in honor of those you love who are affected by Alzheimer's. There is a lot of beautiful creativity that goes into choosing activites, and last year teams did BBQs, carnivals, lemonade stands, galas, hiking expeditions, movie nights, karaoke parties, and so much more. With the flexibility to design your own involvement, you can even create an activity that is inclusive of your loved one with dementia. For more information, please visit alz.org/thelongestday or call 1-800-272-3900.
