Daily multivitamin supplements may benefit cognition
A study published today in Alzheimer’s & Dementia®: The Journal of the Alzheimer’s Association found that taking a daily multivitamin-mineral supplement for three years significantly reduced cognitive aging in older adults. While the results are encouraging, widespread use of a multivitamin supplement to reduce the risk of cognitive decline is not yet recommended.
