Newly released Facts and Figures examines race, ethnicity and Alzheimer’s
The new Alzheimer’s Association 2021 Alzheimer’s Disease Facts and Figures report provides an in-depth look at the latest national statistics on incidence, prevalence, mortality, costs of care and impact on caregivers, as well as the devastating effect the COVID-19 pandemic is having on the Alzheimer’s community. This edition’s special report, Race, Ethnicity and Alzheimer’s, focuses on perspectives and experiences of Asian, Black, Hispanic, Native and White Americans regarding Alzheimer’s and dementia care.

Advocate finds her voice in the fight against Alzheimer’s
Longtime Alzheimer's advocate Grace Williams became involved with the cause on behalf of her father, who died from complications from the disease, and her grandmother, who died from dementia. On our blog, Williams talks about honoring her father and grandmother, as well as her research into Alzheimer’s treatments.
