Cyclist rides to honor family lost to Alzheimer’s disease
Dom Moloney lost his grandfather, Arthur, to Alzheimer’s, and his wife lost her great aunt, Milly, to the disease. To honor them, Moloney recently took part in a cycling event as part of The Longest Day®. More than 100 of his colleagues from 15 different countries rode 70 miles per day to raise awareness and over $17,000 to benefit the Alzheimer's Association.

As a caregiver for someone with living with Alzheimer’s disease, you may find yourself with so many responsibilities that you neglect to take good care of yourself. The best thing you can do to help the person you’re caring for is to stay physically and emotionally strong.
