A record number of Alzheimer’s disease advocates converged in our nation’s capital last week for the 2017 Alzheimer's Association Advocacy Forum. Check out highlights from the nation’s premier Alzheimer’s disease advocacy event, which included Hill Day visits, the National Alzheimer’s Dinner and appearances from journalists Maria Shriver and Richard Lui and actor Peter Gallagher.

kula supports the Alzheimer’s Association in the fight against the disease
kula, a Shop.Earn.Donate Ecosystem and fundraising platform that benefits charities, now includes the Alzheimer’s Association. Customers simply shop their favorite brands through kula’s retail channel partners and earn an average of 5 percent on each purchase, which will be donated to the Association when selected as the charity of choice. Sisters forge stronger bond as one faces younger-onset Alzheimer’s
Sisters Robin and Jessica McIntyre say they’ve always been close, but that bond grows stronger as they contend with an uncertain future. Robin, 34, carries the genetic mutation for younger-onset Alzheimer’s disease, and Jessica has vowed to take care of her.
