Communication is a key element in providing quality care and services to both the individual living with Alzheimer’s/Dementia and their caregivers.

Topics will cover pre-diagnosis, denial/acceptance, diagnosis, case management, health and nutrition, transitional care, grief/bereavement and early stage community support.
