Town Hall Meeting
Rust Library

Join us on Monday, September 17 to discuss our country's first National Alzheimer's Plan and its implementation.  The plan touches on a broad array of Alzheimer's issues, from caregiver support and expanding research to healthcare provider education and efforts to raise public awareness to diminish the stigma associated with Alzheimer's.

Share your story and ideas with key decision makers on what is needed in the plan to help families facing this devastating disease and find a cure for the nation's 6th leading cause of death.  We need to hear from people living with Alzheimer's or other dementias, their family, caregivers, and friends, as well as researchers, providers, and other stakeholders.
