ABOUT OUR KEYNOTE SPEAKER:

Dr. Renee Collins is a Doctorate-level Nurse Practitioner and currently the owner and primary practitioner for At Home Primary Care. After receiving a Bachelors’ degree in Nursing in 2002, she went on to achieve additional certifications in wound, ostomy, and incontinence care. Twelve years serving as a nurse in the home healthcare arena led Renee to the conclusion she desired to do more in the treatment and care for the geriatric population. She elected to return to school and in 2011 graduated with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice from Vanderbilt University. Her current practice provides care for approximately 400 geriatric patients in their home setting
