2013 Fall Conference - A Meaningful Life with Alzheimer's Disease
Vista Tech Center at Schoolcraft College in Livonia

We invite persons living with memory loss, caregivers, and health care professionals to join us for our 2013 Fall Conference "A Meaningful Life with Alzheimer's Disease" on Tuesday, November 5th from 7:30am-3:15pm at the Vista Tech Center at Schoolcraft College in Livonia. 

We are presenting this conference in collaboration with Wayne State University's Institute of Gerontology (IOG). The conference is free to persons with memory loss and caregivers. Professional registration is $65. We are also offering Senior (65+) and Student rates at $30. 

We will be providing 5 Continuing Education Credits in PT, OT, SW, Nursing, and NHA. All other participants will receive a certificate of attendance. 

A continental breakfast and complimentary lunch will be served. Free respite is available at both our Southfield and Detroit Day Program locations.  Advanced registration for respite is required.  Please contact Theresa Russo at 248-996-1053 or trusso@alz.org for more information.
