Dear Friends,

This Memorial is established in the honor of our father, A. Wallace Crum. Wallace passed, with both his daughter's by his side, in Feb 2024 after a long battle with Alzheimer's Disease.

Throughout his life, Wallace cherished family above all else. It was a large, extended family, and he spread his love, time, and good cheer with all of them. He especially loved all his grandchildren. He made a habit of spending a lot of time with them in their early years, providing love, education, and assurances about them and their parents. Many of the grandchildren continue to draw on the lessons and love they experienced with him. He and his wife Karen would load up three or four of them at a time, embarking on adventures big and small, from wildlife parks and McDonald's, to swimming, and other places where they could expend energy and have fun. Later in life there wasn't much Wallace loved more than gathering as many family members as could be assembled, and enjoying some excellent Mexican cuisine, with extra hot sauce for Wallace!

His generosity of time and thoughtfulness extended beyond as well. All who married into the family found a great in-law whose support, respect, and wisdom were invaluable. Throughout his life, those who came into contact with Wallace came away with admiration for a genuinely good man.

Wallace will always be remembered for his "sticky-notes" and abbreviated code language that only he understood. None could have asked for a better father/grandpa. He will be missed and fondly remembered everyday, and his memory will live on in the hearts of those who love him.

Please consider making a donation in his memory.

Thank you,

Renee
