Mary was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother and friend. She lived life to the fullest, until profoundly affected by Alzheimer's. It is sad to watch a loving, intelligent family member go through this, and then comes the point where the quality of life just isn't there. If anyone reading this goes through the same, please be present for your family member, hold their hand and look into their eyes often. Tell them you love them. Help them through this difficult part of life's journey.
