This June, stand up to the darkness of Alzheimer’s. Join our team for The Longest Day, the day the Alzheimer’s Association calls on everyone to fight Alzheimer’s disease. Together, we'll raise funds and awareness for Alzheimer's care, support and research.
Too many people have known someone or are dealing with this terrible disease. Champion's Team Captain, Laurie Beth Pestle, lost her mother and Aunt to Alzheimer's and is now saying the long good-bye to her sister. The Group Fitness Instructors at Champions are enthusiastically volunteering their time doing what they love....leading a variety of exciting group fitness classes all day long. They are designed for a variety of levels and are open to Champions and non-Champions members. Also, we have will have a putting contest and Aqua Volleyball! To join in the fun, please make a donation of your ability and then come exercise with us! Any amount is appreciated. If you are not comfortable donating on line, please stop by Champions at 7687 Frontage Road, Cicero, New York. The day of the event you will receive a bracelet indicating your donation and is your entrance key!
Please review our amazing list of classes and fun competitions. Stay as long as you'd like, come in and out as desired...just join the fun! Meanwhile you are helping an amazing cause while keeping yourself healthy!! We will celebrate at 8 PM with pizza, prizes, and libations!!
