Paul Spencer Smyth, loving husband and father of five children passed away of Alzheimer's Disease at the age of 81 on Saturday, May 1st, 2021 in Portland, Oregon.
Over the last three years we have received compassionate support and excellent education from the Alzheimer's Association and this donation page is one way that we wish to honor their service to our family.
The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, a donation be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
