My mom, Helen was a vibrant woman who loved to dance, sing, cook, laugh and be silly. She had a great smile and a gift to gab. Unfortunately she was diagnosed with a form of Alzheimer's 8 years ago. Alzheimer's hindered her ability to do some of the things she loved but she still had her sassiness and spirit. Helen sadly passed away on 9/24/19 due to pneumonia. I know she is in a better place now and has a clear mind and is pain free. She is a guardian angel now watching out for us and reminding us everyday to laugh and dance and love one another. I know she is also hoping we can find a cure to this terrible disease so others don't have to suffer like she did. Rest in peace Mom.
