In loving memory...
We had to say goodbye to the the greatest father and man in our lives this week. .
He was raised by loving grandparents and was very young when he migrated to this country with his mother. Our father was a strong, quiet, hard-working and compassionate man who took care of many, not just his family.
He loved his family to no end and wanted the best for us. He showed us how to live vivaciously and took us on some grand adventures that we'll never forget.
Sadly, Alzheimer's took him from us slowly over the last 10 years. Our hope is that a cure can be found so that others do not have to experience the pain this terrible disease inflicts on individuals and their families.
