Edward Joseph Wituszynski passed away peacefully on September 16, 2023. He was a generous and loyal man with an unwavering love of family. He was 91 years old. Edward was born in Schoentown, PA on October 7, 1931 to Franciszek and Władasława (Tomaszewska) Wituszynski. He had four brothers and a sister. With both parents emigrating from Poland, he grew up speaking both Polish and English.
As a young man, Edward was a medical technician in the Air Force, serving time during the Korean War. He was married for 47 years to Rose Marie (Nicolodi), prior to her death in 1999. Edward was fiercely independent and was self-employed most of his life.
Surviving are three children, Larry Wituszynski and his wife, Beverly; Rosemarie Adkins and her husband, Mark; and Lisa Ebel and her husband, Mark. Edward was so proud of his 4 grandchildren, Tyler Wituszynski, Emma Ebel, Ethan Ebel and Jessica Adkins. He was also blessed with two great granddaughters, Rory and Nora Wituszynski. He will be dearly missed.
A funeral mass will take place on what would have been Edward's 92nd birthday.
