My mother recently passed a way after fighting a 4 year battle with Alzheimer's disease. She was a woman whose universe was defined by family, friends and the Golden Rule. Even with the disease, she always exhibited a love for others and a zest for life even if it was only in the present moment. I'm hoping a cure can be discovered for this tragic disease so that other loved ones can keep their memories with them throughout their entire life!
